Rentals & contracts
The contract is filled from the reservation: renter, car, dates, prices and deposit. The customer signs on a tablet or phone at the desk, or from a secure link you send. Everything is stored with the rental.
Open the reservation and create its contract. The renter's ID and licence details, the car and plate, the pickup and return dates, the daily price and the deposit are already in place. You only check and add what is new.
Hand the tablet to the customer to sign with a finger, or send a signing link by WhatsApp or e-mail. The link expires after 7 days, and once the contract is signed it cannot be changed.
Take photos of the car when it leaves and when it comes back, with the fuel level and kilometres. If there is a dispute about a scratch, you open the rental and the photos are there, with their date.
